Summary description:  Several features to improve the typesetting of mathematical matrices with TikZ

With this version 3.0, it's possible to put exterior columns
 on both sides of the matrix (idem for the rows).
Some environments of the previous versions are deprecated
 (pNiceArrayC, etc.) and replaced by the use of a more
 systematic set of keys (first-col, last-col, first-row,
 and last-row).
