Summary description:  An extension to babel’s bidirectional support

This version introduces new font configuration commands and
 glyph fallback for LuaLaTeX, and improves font configuration
 across LuaLaTeX and XeLaTeX.
 Language selection has been refined, and \babelbidilangs has
 been removed in favour of Babel-based language configuration.
