This updated version 4.5.1 of the 'pwebmac' package removes dependencies
 of the 'makeall' script on local development directories for macro lookup;
 the macros 'pwebmac.tex' themselves are unchanged.
 It also tries to fix the legal situation of this package -- it is in the
 public domain and can be used freely.
Bug reports and feature requests are still welcome on the project page
 (https://github.com/ascherer/web).
