The biblatex-ieee package provides an implementation if the bibliography style of the IEEE for biblatex. This implementation follows standard biblatex conventions, and can be used simply by loading biblatex with the appropriate option
usepackage[style=ieee]{biblatex}
A demonstration database is provided to show how to format input for the style.
This first CTAN release is marked as v0.9, reflecting the fact that it is usable but will probably require testing to be 'release' quality. In particular, an update to use the new features of biblatex v1.2 will follow as part of the testing procedure.
