A small update to the tugboat-plain package, for TUGboat articles using plain TeX, now v1.32 2025-06-16.

The main change is a number of updates to the author's guide for plain TUGboat: more commands are now described, notably including \enablemetacode and (a new macro) \disablemetacode controlling the output of input <foo> in verbatim blocks. Many thanks to Luis Rivera for patches, suggestions, and proofreading.
