- etex no longer loaded.

- Bug fix: unstarred (case-sensitive) version of DTLsort now correctly uses case-sensitive sort.

- Bug fix: error in DTLifSubString

* person.sty:

- Bug fix: replaced ifpersonmale with ifmale within the definitions of persongender and getpersongender

- Bug fix: replaced @thisperson with #1 in ifmale and iffemale
