The changes are (2003/02/20):

o New version 1.3 of memhfixc.sty which should fix a problem with hyperref's handling of memoir's appendices environment.

o New version of the Addendum (memmanadd.pdf) with a description of how to restyle footnotes.

THERE ARE NO CHANGES TO ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS

I have installed the files (including a README) as requested; thanks for the upload.
