I installed an update for CTAN:graphics/pstricks and the two contributed packages graphics/pstricks/contrib/pstricks-add and graphics/pstricks/contrib/pst-geo by Herbert Voss. According to a personal e-mail from Herbert, he has been approved by Timothy van Zandt as current pstricks maintainer.
