This updates the fontloader to the newest version of context which solves

* a problem with glyphs in the Private User Area beeing no longer accessible with char, see https://github.com/u-fischer/luaotfload/issues/7.

In the documentation a few typos, faulty links and bookmarks and the tail of the marmot have been corrected.
