Announcement text: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I a book design that use threeparttable for adding tablenotes to regular tables, it looks odd to use footnotes to add notes to a longtable.

This package extends threeparttable bringing it to longtable (although with a different interface). If asked for it can also make tablenotes referable.
