Summary description: A LaTeX template for ASME conference papers
Announcement text: ----------------------------------------------------------------------
The asmeconf class is a template to format conference papers published by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
This version addresses a recent change in the hyperxmp package (v5.12). In addition, a new option [unboldcaption] is added for users who prefer not to set caption text in boldface type (caption labels remain boldface).
The layout and references styles of asmeconf follow the styles requested by ASME in 2022. Hyperlinks and pdf features are fully supported. The class includes a modern BibTeX style, asmeconf.bst, that supports online sources, URL and DOI fields, and generates current reference styles. This .bst can replace the old asmems4.bst.
