Biber is a BibTeX replacement for users of biblatex, with full Unicode
support, written in Perl.  This release coincides with the
release of biblatex 0.9. This version of Biber was in fact
specifically developed for that version of biblatex 0.9. See
the accompanying README file for requirements and
installation instruction.
