This release:

- restore the handbook on the sorting scheme anonymous+realauthor, which was undocumented by mistake.

- add a new sorting scheme realauthor : it is like the nty scheme, but the realauthor is used if the author is not present.

See the example file to understand the 3 schemes : nty, realauthor, anonymous+realauthor.
