Changes this time around:

xfrac has been moved from the experimental area on CTAN and into the mh bundle. Note that it requires *very* recent versions of expl3 and xpackages which have themselves just been uploaded to CTAN.

mathtools has been extended by Lars Madsen and robustified a few places. New features are: MoveEqLeft for adjusting the left hand side of a multiline equation ArrowBetweenLines for, er, adding arrows or other symbols between two consecutive lines of a multiline equation.

breqn has seen bug fixes as well as some new features regarding labels.

mathstyle and flexisym have had bug fixes regarding active characters.

empheq07 has been removed. I doubt there are any users of it at all. I do not want to clutter the distribution with files not used by anyone.

eqlayouts.tex has been added to breqn-technotes.tex and so is also gone.
