This is an important upgrade of this same package intended to fully comply with the upgrade of pict2e that took place in 2009. Some of the facilities provided by this package were incorporated into pict2e, so that loading both packages could lead to conflicts. This package has been completely revised so as to be sure that no more conflicts remain.
