### Changed
* hyphens from hyphenation are now marked with an Artifact if 
    agging is active, and no longer uses the U+00AD glyph by default,
    this resolves tagging issue #967.
* active/softhyphen key has more options.
* update parent-child rules for 2.0 (adapted to upcoming changes
    in ISO 32005 + best practice for math)
