This is a bugfix release of the caption package 3.0:

- otcaption rewritten, should work correctly now

- Increased compatibility with the KOMA-Script classes (options parskip and parindent)

- Now works correctly inside list-based environments like narrow or wide

- Doc: Section about migrating from caption 1.x or caption2 2.x to caption 3.x revised
