This minor update to bibtex.web, now version 0.99e, merely fixes problems with formatting with weave. Apart from the version number, there are no changes to the code whatsoever.

Specifically, the following changes were made: - following tex.web, no more active `E. - following tex.web, use \TeX for the TeX logo; the bibtex.web kerning had been slightly different. - sort the "names of the sections" better (thanks to Andreas Scherer). - a few random typos that have gone unnoticed all these years.
