This package contains a tutorial and examples how to create PDF forms using pdflatex with the hyperref and insdljs packages.

There is an english and a german version of both the tutorial and the examples.

The english versions may need corrections in style, spelling and grammar. Volunteers are welcome, please see the README file how to contact me.
