* luatexja-preset: fix that mc-bx and gt-bx keys didn't work in defining a preset.

* Use e-type commands (e.g., cs_gset:Ne) instead of x-type commands (e.g., cs_gset:Nx), to support fontspec v2.9c. (gh:6)
