This release (SVN 1766)

This is a maintenance release following the recent snapshot of SVN 1755. A bug in l3doc is fixed so that the changes function correctly indexes alterations under the name of the relevant function. New l3keys properties are added to handle variable names by name, for example .tl_set:c
