This release fixes several bugs.

* sync with pLaTeX 2018-05-20.

* add patch for the siunitx package.

* fix ! Number too big error which is caused by a LuaTeX binary which is built with --disable-dump-share.

* define Japanese font shapes for series b (in addition to bx).
