- Sidenotes (`footnote`) appears in the second column in `tate` mode.
- Added options `begin_widh_(odd|even)_page` to `DeclareBlockHeading`.
- Changed `labelenumi`  as in `jarticle` etc.
- Fix a bug on `column_gap` class option.
- Added `mark_format` to `DeclarePageStyle`.
