This new version has some more features to the big database, it is now possible to define a step to get smaller pdf files. There are new small databases for cities of France and capitals of Europe with longitude and latitude

Thanks for the upload. I installed the new version as suggested replacing the old version in CTAN:graphics/pstricks/contrib/pst-geo. However, I renamed the file How-To-Install.txt to README as this will be shown automagically by web browsers.
