Improve parsing of long lines in log file, especially with UTF-8 filenames and xelatex.

Changing of ' to '/' in filenames is done for msys as well as MSWin32.

$compiling_cmd, $warning_cmd, $success_cmd now work in normal make as well as in -pvc mode.

If there were missing subdirectories in output/aux directories, and these were successfully created, then ignore error from *latex, since rerun may succeed. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
