add length BracketLift to raise vertical position of bracket and parenthesis by modifying the cmds such as bibleftparen, gbleftparen, and so on。

add a INT field refnumber to be used as the labelnumber

add an option gbfootbibfmt to implement the label substitution of the same reference in the footnote bibliography.
