- fix bug with chapter in optional argument of pstart with scrbook class

- fix bug with eledchapter in parallel typesetting with scrbook

- Fix space bug with Xbhooknote and hooknoteX when using to insert text and not to execute code

- astanza environment can take an optional argument, which will be the optional argument of pstart started by this environment

People who use Xbhooknote and hooknoteX in order to insert text and not execute code must read appendix A.10.

If you start the first line of verse of an `astanza` by brackets [], add elax before, in order to prevent these brackets to be considered as option argument.
