### Added - ` ext_titlecase_all:n(n)` - ` oken_to_catcode:N` - Support for symbolic variables in fp input: `fp_new_variable:n`, `fp_set_variable:nn` and `fp_clear_variable:n` - Support for user-defined functions in fp expressions: `fp_new_function:n`, `fp_set_function:nnn` and `fp_clear_function:n`

### Changed - Refine action of ` ext_titlecase_first:n(n)` to be focussed strictly on first (relevant) codepoint in the input

### Deprecated - ` ext_titlecase:n(n)` as ambiguous: replaced by ` ext_titlecase_all:n(n)`

### Fixed - Support arbitrary BCP-47 locales for case-changing overrides (issue #1239) - Retain braces when ending titlecasing with some input structures
