Announcement text: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a major update of the DNA and protein sequence alignment LaTeX package TeXshade. Now, sequence logos can be displayed. Further, a novel way to identify and visualize relevant, subfamily-specific sequence deviations has been implemented, i.e. subfamily logos. Numerous improvements have been made, e.g. limitations in the maximal number of sequences per alignment have been overcome. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
