A small update to the LaTeX tugboat package, primarily with updates
 to the documentation wrt using listings and other packages.
This update also provides new abbreviation macros, such as LuaTeX,
 LuaLaTeX, LuaHBTeX, LuaHBLaTeX, and others, mostly taken from
 the dtk-logos package. (No attempt at completeness.)
