tagsnip provides a LaTeX command for including tagged code snippets
 from local files or remote URLs. Snippets are extracted by an external
 Python backend and typeset using minted.
 The package requires LuaLaTeX, shell escape, minted, and the
 Python backend command 'tagsnip' to be available in PATH.
