Last revision of etoolbox introduced the hooks

BeforeBeginEnvironment AtBeginEnvironment AtEndEnvironment AfterEndEnvironment

Those hooks didn't work with mylatexformat v3.1

(for mylatexformat temporarily redefines egin in order to dump at egin{document})

Version 3.2 solves the problem and etoolbox remains compatible: etoolbox can be included, with all its features, in a format made with mylatexformat.
