This release of the 'pwebmac' package
 * fixes a few bugs in the 'pwebmac.tex' macros and in the 'webman.ch' patches
 * slightly improves the typography of MF.WEB and TEX.WEB (also PDFTEX and XETEX)
 * un-fixes a few non-bugs in the FPC adaption of TANGLE.WEB amd WEAVE.WEB
