The web scripts at http://tug.ctan.org are being upgraded and consequently aspects of the site will be non-functional, perhaps for a few days.

The ftp archive will remain up. Only the web interface -- addresses that start with http -- will be affected.

I apologize for this interruption. I hope people consider the end result an improvement.
