* glossaries.sty:

- There are now three ways of creating glossaries: (1) using makeindex; (2) using xindy; (3) using TeX (new this version).

The new method (using TeX instead of makeindex/xindy) uses the new commands: makenoidxglossaries, printnoidxglossary and printnoidxglossaries (Analogous to makeglossaries, printglossary and printglossaries).

This new method allows independent sort methods for individual glossaries, which isn't available for the makeindex/xindy methods.

- Minor bug fixes makeglossaries:

- Added new switches: -Q and -k - Added more diagnostics
