What's new. ----------

With abelprovide you can create a new language if there is no style for your language or the available ones do not fit your needs.

This macro is also the first step in using the new ini files, because you can load the captions in utf-8 from them if necessary (and if available).

From this version on, the letter in version numbers is dropped, so the current one is 3.10, the next one will be 3.11 and so on.
