Latest updates for the memoir class.

Most notably several issues with hyperref have been fixed.

Two changes that effects current documents: (1) if in 'article' mode, the default page style is now 'plain', not 'headings' (2) The toc precis text is no longer indented by default. A separate macro has been added to control this

Manual changes: We changed the manner in which we handle the manual source at our end. This enables us to mark each chapter with information as to when this chapter was last changed. This feature relies on a yet unreleased version of svn-multi (that we have been testing), and thus these markers are disabled in the supplied source of the manual.
