a) Using omannumeral instead of oman, since oman is redefined by some language packages.

b) New macros unpacklipsum, UnpackLipsum, unpacklipsum* and UnpackLipsum* which provide access to the expanded content of Lorem Ipsum via the respective definition of the macro lipsumexp.

Both, a) and b), were heavily inspired and include code from stackexchange user EGREP. Thanks for the corresponding postings.
