The keys that were previously called “pre append <something>” (e.g. “pre append[n]”) are now called “prepend <something>” instead, which is probably more correct English terminology. Being a non-native speaker of English, I must have somehow convinced myself that pre-append was a word. Sorry about that, it is corrected now. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
