* Sync with latest platex and jsclasses. strutbox is redefined as a macro which is expanded to one of ystrutbox, strutbox, and dstrutbox, according to the current direction.

* luatexja-preset.sty: added jfm_yoko=... and jfm_tate=... options.

* {y,t}albaselineshift now applies to a vcenter box, as pTeX.
