Some updates to the plain TeX tugboat-plain package, now v1.29 2023-10-28:

- input our hyphenation exceptions (ushyphex.tex) if available. - new abbreviations LMTX and TP. - new abbreviations pdfTeX and pdfLaTeX, with italic correction after the f. - new generic commands bcode and bcodebreak for package names, etc. - reduce abovecaptionskip, to sync with the LaTeX ltugboat package value.
