On Sun, 12 Feb 2006, Heiko Oberdiek submitted a package called

telprint

to CTAN.

Heiko writes:

telprint is a package for formatting German phone numbers. Current version is 1.6 and is the first version that goes to CTAN. Some previous versions were published in de.comp.text.tex or TEX-D-L. Unhappily most documentation is in German and remember that this was written in my early TeX days.
