holtxdoc New name for latinmodern math font

selinput Dont use T1 encoding in documentation with unicode tex.

bookmark, zref, hypdestopt Updates for new luatex

pdftexcmds Documentation changes to avoid biber incorrectly expanding extbackslash. Update for new luatex: ((pdf)draftmode) and avoid tests on pdftexversion.
