A small update to the LaTeX tugboat package: v2.26 2021-10-12.

User-visible or otherwise noteworthy changes:

ltugboat.cls: - new commands bsurl and bhurl to abbreviate https and http urls. - new abbreviation HarfBuzz,

tugboat.bst: - New field prebibitem to output material before ibitem, e.g., section headings. - New field nowarning to omit empty field warnings. - New entry types @online and @software, aliases for @misc. - For @misc, editor is accepted along with author. - Yet more abbreviating. - Better doi handling.
