This update for euenc adds support for LuaTeX in concert with version 2 of the fontspec package.

Please remove euenc from its current location on CTAN (macros/xetex/latex/euenc). I can't think of a better alternative than placing it now in the standard latex/ directory macros/latex/contrib/euenc since it has functionality for both XeTeX and LuaTeX.

that move actually took place in february this year; links were linking the package's old location to its current one. i have now deleted the links.
