I don't know where this would best go on CTAN as it is

definitely experimental, but hopefuly robust in the sense that any bugs will be repeatable. All I can say is that it processed the four EDMAC example files I tried. If there is a `tryout' area perhaps it should go there, otherwise in macros/latex/contrib/supported.

faut de mieux, the directory is now macros/latex/contrib/supported/ledmac
