Announcement text: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The fetchbibpes bundle creates a DB of Bible verses from e-Sword, then fetches them on command.

Changes include: extended the replace option key to the fetchverses command; added gobbleto command as workaround to presents of active characters; added localdefs to put gobbleto commands in the group within which fetchverse and fetchverses operate; added a new sample file to demonstrate these features (bibpes_replaces.tex). ----------------------------------------------------------------------
