BTW Adriano Pascoletti (who I have cc'd) says that when trying to print

memman.pdf the CM fonts are substituted by Courier, although noting that Acrobat Reader 5.0 says that the document has embedded 10 CM Type 1 fonts. It prints OK for me. Do you have any ideas?
