The following information was provided by our fellow contributor:
Name of contribution: paresse Version number: 4 Author's name: Yvon Henel, TeXnicien de surface Author's email: le.texnicien.de.surface@wanadoo.fr Location on CTAN: /macros/latex/contrib/paresse Summary description: paresse goes utf8 i.e. is now also usable with [utf8]{inputenc} and LaTeX License type: lppl
Announcement text: ----------------------------------------------------------------------
Shortcuts to type the equivalent of ensuremath{alpha} with two letters macros using the character `section ' (the S of the keypad) made active.
paresse goes utf8
With version 4, it is always possible to use paresse with LuaLaTeX and XeLaTeX as before. Also, as before, it is usable with LaTeX on 8bit encoded files loading {inputenc} before paresse. But, now, it is also usable with LaTeX on utf8 encoded sources loading [utf8]{inputenc}.
Many thanks to Christian Tellechea for his help. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
