macros/scripttex, on ctan, was dated 1991; an eager user spotted a newer version on the web.

i've therefore contacted the author, adrian mccarthy, and with his permission have installed the latest version (v.104 of march 2002) to replace the older version.

beware: some file names in the previous version have changed.
